We at Just Ghee aim to provide the best experience with our premium products. If you’re not satisfied or encounter any issues, our return and refund policy is here to guide you through the process. Please read the following details carefully.
1. Returns
Change of Mind
We understand that you may sometimes change your mind about a purchase. Our return policy allows you 14 days from the day you receive your package to request a return.
- Eligibility Criteria:
- All jars of ghee in your order must be unopened and untampered in any way.
- The items must be returned in their original packaging, ensuring the product’s safety during transit.
- How to Start a Return:

2. If your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.
3. Note that you are responsible for the return postage for the entire order, and you must provide proof of postage to ensure a smooth process.
4. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If You Did Not Like the Taste of Our Ghee
We strive to provide the highest quality ghee, but we understand taste preferences can vary. If you’re unsatisfied with the flavour, we offer a unique return option:
- You may return your order if only one jar in the order has been opened. All other jars in the package must remain unopened and sealed.
- The entire order must be returned to us for a refund.
- If your order value exceeds £20 (excluding delivery charges), we will provide a return shipping label for your convenience.
- Steps to Return:

- If your return request is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label (if applicable) along with instructions on how to return the package.
- Please ensure you follow the provided instructions, as items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

If the Package is Damaged or Defective
We prioritize the safe delivery of your order. If your package arrives damaged, contains defective items, or you receive the wrong product, please notify us immediately.

2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned items, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return criteria.
- If the return is approved, we will process your refund promptly.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, excluding any delivery charges (If we paid), within 10 business days after approval.
Important Notes:
- It may take an additional 5–7 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
